Sk Towhidur Rahaman was a Senior Programme Officer in IRC’s Asia Regional Programme. He is a skilled professional working in the field of monitoring, evaluation, climate change, WASH, public health, and project management in the development sector since 2015.
He has experience working in organisations like Save the Children International, United Nations Development Program, and the World Bank. He has been part of preparation, management and monitoring of complex large-scale projects with Government bodies, multilateral development banks, international and national NGOs, partners and other stakeholders including professional bodies and civil societies.
Towhidur has a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, and a Masters in Health Economics. He has worked on national and international journals and report publications related to his expertise. Building stronger communities and institutions to increase their resiliency against climate change is something that interests him.
