Wilbrord Turimaso is a Water and Environmental Engineer with 20 years of experience in the WASH sector. He has strong project management, WASH advisory and capacity building skills having a wealth of experience working in government, international NGOs, bilateral donor agencies as well as the private sector. Coming from an engineering background, Wilbrord is also highly knowledgeable about technical aspects in both urban and rural water supply and sanitation development and has lead teams in the feasibility study, design, construction and setting up of sustainable operation and maintenance systems of many water supply and sanitation projects. His personal motivation “until everyone has access to safe water and sanitation” aligns well to contribute to the IRC strategy of “water services that last”.
