| Abstract | This CD-Rom compiles information available from the World Health Organization on water, sanitation and health. It includes many of the current publications and documents in HTML format, and some other resource materials such as posters in PDF format. It contains more than 20,000 pages of information, comprising 235 books, documents and information material. It includes new books, reports, brochures and training documents, water and sanitation related disease fact sheets, slides collection, teaching material and posters. The CD-ROM aims to make information more readily accessible especially in countries with limited internet access. Its design facilitates information recovery and incorporates file formats and browsers which can be run on any computer. Information can be searched by title, author, themes, topic or keyword. |
