Abstract | This report tries to identify capital projects in the water and sanitation sector, and suggests possible uses for a special appropriation of US$ 650 million under study by the U.S. Congress. A study team was created to: a. establish entry and selection criteria for potential projects, b. identify a number of sector projects under way or planned which meet the entrance criteria, and c. deveolop a strategy for marketing the capital projects concept to USAID Missions and host countries. |
