"LCCA has been a big hit with country programmes" says Katherine Cunliffe of Catholic Relief Services

Catarina Fonseca’s PowerPoint about LCCA has been a big hit with country programs.  She has effectively and creatively simplified a very important message about sustainability.  Because of this presentation, water professionals in the region are eager to learn how they can use LCCA in their programs.

I am planning to bring together CRS WASH staff from across the East Africa region for a week-long Community of Practice meeting (about 30 people).  As a region, I would like to see all of our WASH programs using the life-cycle costs approach as part of every initiative and wanted to use part of this meeting to help individuals learn more about how they can apply this approach in their work.
